About Me

My name is Lapse, I am a Common Loon (Gavia Immer) currently living at a confluence of rivers on the Appalachian Plateau, roughly 150 miles south of Lake Erie. My preferred pronouns are He/Him/His. Bodwéwadmi ndaw, Citizen Band gdebendagwes. (I am an enrolled member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation of Oklahoma.) I am an artist who has worked in all kinds of methods and mediums, you can look at some of my projects here.

Yatsokan is a word from Bodewadmimwen (Potawatomi language) that means a sacred story, teaching, or legend.

I've been playing around on Neocities since 2020, with the goal of eventually creating my own site from scratch. The version you currently see was created by me, with plentiful help from the resources listed on my links page.
